💡 As an entrepreneur, it is so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of running a successful business. Trust me, I’ve been there, there is always the next meeting, new clients to close, communications and social media.

Learning to implement good health practices and fall in love with taking care of your well-being and health, whilst you are in business, will help you achieve much more than a successful idea, it will help you and those around you thrive.

VALUES
Don’t try to adopt someone else’s value system.
Adopt your own value system and live into it.
Real human happiness doesn’t come from consuming others’ values but by producing your own.

BUSINESS
Please don’t build a product no one wants.
Validate before you build.
Talk to a lot of potential customers.
Ask them to be paying pilot customer.
Ask them for brutal feedback.
Build the product with them.
Focus on solving one problem.
Doing this will save you so much pain.

💬 We are living in a time where there is so much ease and convenience, and to be honest, it is destroying people, from the inside out. There has never been a better time as an entrepreneur to make an impact in business and be a role model of health at the same time. It requires daily work, however it is worth it.
Yours in health, happiness and wealth,
JC
Ps. I am building a community of health conscious business owners and like minded people that share similar values.
If you’d like to be part of this community.
Then reply to this, and I will start the process to add you.
