My First Newsletter from Queenstown, NZ.

From Draft to Published.

My first online newsletter - DRAFT TO PUBLISHED.

As I sit here in the mountains of Queenstown, New Zealand, whilst overlooking the alps and lakes, I feel it's the perfect time to start delivering a regular and consistent email newsletter. As I continually learn and build businesses through different forms of content, e-commerce, website design, and UX/UI, I am looking to share knowledge with those exploring and looking for some guidance as we are in a world of creating content, optimising websites, building community and of course, being able to convert and sell online.

My ultimate goal for these newsletters is to share the message that you can build a business without having to sacrifice your health. The commitment of this newsletter is to share what is working for myself and others around me when it comes to business, health, and life.

Where I decided to write my first newsletter.

I understand what it is like to search for new products, try apps for your business and use different wearables for your life. I'm currently on a path to help share some actual live feedback from people, tech, business systems and products that I use, that will help you in your life. So as of 2023 the current yearly subscriptions I have are:Health and WellnessWhoop - a 24/7 wearable that tracks STRAIN (your activities), RECOVERY (your Heart Rate Variability, Resting Heart Rate, and Respiratory Rate), and SLEEP (your performance, Hours vs Need and time in bed) Garmin Watch - Fenix 6s that tracks all my activities, shares heatmaps of where people run, and community and looks at fitness trends. Strava - it's a mini form of social media, but I use it more for actually tracking all my stats for the year. This year my goal is to run at least 5200km (100km per week)All trails - an app that shares in detail better maps and insights for trails, trail networks, and outdoor adventures. I often use this, instead of Strava when hiking.

I also invest time, energy, and money into recovery practices, which include, cold plunge, infrared saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and compression garments. These are particularly helpful when it comes to the amount of weekly output I do, and also, help deal with my mental state. Another purpose of writing these weekly blogs is to improve my writing and help clear my thoughts.

I'd love to hear from you, with any questions you have.

Yours in Health, Wellness, and Business, Jordan
